Church Membership Systems (ChMS) Shootout
Are you looking for a new church membership system? Have you ever wanted to see some of the best side by side in quick succession? Well, in keeping with the open and responsive nature of the Church IT Roundtable event (CITRT), we have put together a last minute “shootout” of four major or emerging ChMS solutions. So if you didn’t attend this week’s event, you will miss out on a very unique opportunity to see some of the latest and greatest in the ChMS market.
Today, the attendees at the Spring CITRT will see a non-sales demo of the Realm by ACS, Arena by Shelby Systems, Ministry Platform by ThinkMinistry, and The Rock (an open source ChMS current under development) by Spark Development Network. Each company will have 30 minutes to present (1) a high level overview of their product, (2) the availability and capability of their API, and (3) a brief Q&A with the audience.

By the way, we use the term ‘shootout’ very loosely. The demos are not intended to disparage each other, but to showcase the features, uniqueness, and UX that one can expect to find when considering these options.
Not sure the results of your “shootout” but we are a very happy Arena customer. We have been with them since 2008.
