Choosing Between Facebook Groups & Fan Pages

Not sure when to setup a group vs a page on Facebook? Depending on your communication strategy, you will find that both have similar but different features. Here are a few articles on the differences between the two and how you can make the most of them:

We chose to setup a fan page for Second Baptist Church because it provided us the capability of feeding our events and media from second.org into Facebook using RSS feeds. There were other advantages too, but this one critical for us. We are using Simplaris Blogcast to make this integration work for us. It has its issues, but it was the best I could find…to date.
