Description: CareCalendar is a web based system to organize meals and other help for families during a time of illness or life changing event, such as the birth of a baby or death of a family member. It is free but a small donation can remove ads, etc.

Ministry Application: If you know someone who has ongoing needs, this is a great tool to help facilitate sign ups, maps/directions, and email reminders. The web app sends email notifications to care providers and gives the care recipient summary updates of who will be helping them. Here are just a few applications of this great tool: childcare, meals, transportation needs (i.e. to doctor’s appointments), pickup and delivery of Rx’s, yard work, etc.
